    • Ongoing accountability and support, 6 days a week

    • Ongoing nutrition education and mentoring

    • Access to a private Facebook group with others in the EVOLVE community + WhatsApp group

    • Daily habits to suit you and your lifestyle

  • Jump in without the pressure! My Mealplan Option requires a 12-week minimum commitment, with weekly check-ins, so I can effectively provide you with all the support and accountability + make weekly changes to your meal plan!

    $80 per week and $100 NON-REFUNDABLE SETUP FEE, price does not include surcharge*

    *Meal plan is one day of eating that changes weekly.

  • We have WhatsApp communication 5 days per week, as you need! I am always a message away, the check-in is our official check-in.

  • I run everything through an app, there's demo videos, along with explanations for all exercises + I am always a message away & strongly recommend that videos be taken and sent through!

  • Online coaching is Health and fitness coaching, that is online and strongly relies on communication from both parties. Together, we can make lifestyle changes, whilst ultimately changing your habits and routines to create a healthy balance.
