Hey, legends! I’m Blake, and I like slow Sunday mornings and have a borderline unhealthy obsession with Pokemon & anime.

I’ve got a bit of a long story, but to keep it short: I come from a wealth of life experience. After 7 years working as a qualified greens keeper, I made the move into the army, where I really learned everything I know about life.

My specialty is in male health and fitness, with a passion for the everyday human who might be struggling with balancing life whilst also wanting to improve their health and wellness.

Similarly to Em, I want to work as a team. I will always be there to support you, bounce ideas around and just be a friendly shoulder to lean on when you need that extra bit of support.

My greatest achievement might be the fact that I’ve eaten protein pancakes for breakfast every day for the last 3 years, or that I’m a sucker for mint toothpaste (AKA: brushing my teeth and eating chocolate straight after - from Em).
